This Web site introduces part of the training manual of Taiten Kitaoka, managing director of Creativity Enhancement Ltd. It also serves as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) compendium.
Taiten is a unique trainer who offers Enhanced Development Training (EDT) and helps his clients in the following areas:
- Personal development,
- Creativity enhancement,
- Increased performance,
- Improved communication skills, and
- Accelerated learning.
In EDT training, Taiten helps creative and sports people, as well as business people, to develop their potential powers, by leading them to, and enabling them to stay in, the space which is commonly called the "Zone".
Taiten was born in Japan and obtained a B.A. Degree there. While he stayed in the Sahara of North Africa for 3 years, the meditative desert experience and the anthropological encounter with the Arab world made him begin to be interested in Western psychological methodologies, and was intensively trained in a 1,700 hour long personal development course in USA, during the early eighties.
Taiten is a graduate of the School of Hypnosis and Advanced Psychotherapy in London (1988), and is NLP Master Practitioner qualified by John Grinder (1989) and Licensed Trainer of NLP trained by Richard Bandler (1995).
In the summer of 2002, Taiten was certified in the Trainers' Training Course at NLP University, and also authorized in the Authorization Course for holding Practitioner Courses with the NLPU materials, at NLPU (Robert Dilts), California, USA
He is also a management consulting trainer and business co-ordinator; he is Managing Director of Creativity Enhancement Ltd based in London, UK.
